I encourage each of you to email me when you pay a bill off. I would love to feature it on ML2S in the hopes that it will inspire other families. We are in it together and there really is strength in numbers.
Here is an email that I got from Nicole:
“My husband and I have Student Loans, Medical Bills, and a home mortgage. We are paying off the smallest balances first & applying that monthly payment amount to the next lowest bill. We were able to pay off one of our sons medical bills! So happy to finally be down by one & be able to double pay the next lowest one! Happy day, Happy Day!”

That is awesome! Way to go! I just paid the last payment on a credit card that we opened when I needed to get new tires (it was 6 months no interest, so that would end in November) but now it is paid off and those payments will go towards my car payment with a the goal to pay that off in 6 months so we have no car payments, just our mortgage and my student loans.

I just paid off my son’s orthodontist bill, paid off several doctor bills, got current on my mortgage today! Next is paying off the dentist bill and last credit card. I am so excited and feel so much better about things today. The car and truck were both paid off end of 2011 so able to put that money that I was paying out to good use this year and freeing myself up from the burden I feel I have been under for so long! Great feeling!
